Should we plan a dinner time in the hotel restaurant on the 4th?

The program kicks off with a group dinner at the Marriott on the 4th. So it's already happening :-)

My understanding is that they comp your dinner at the restaurant but you can go down there at any time you want. It's not one big group dinner. Or am I mistaken? If I'm correct then we should pick a time I think.

I will confirm but 99% sure it is a group dinner. You get all your t shirts etc then. We will have plenty time to hang out after (or before) dinner so it will be a good time.

Basically you pay for nothing once you arrive on the 4th. All meals except dinner on the 6th.

This is how the 1 day school worked. We can all meet at a given time though. Maybe things have changed?

When I did the school with my E39 M5, my wife won the slalom event!!!!!
She's probably mellowed out since then.

Just got off the phone with the Performance Ctr.
ucla95 and Chris are correct. Dinner IS comped but NOT scheduled at a specific time. So thanks for suggesting. ucla, you are going to the factory etc. I suggest 7pm and am flexible but will arrive in Spartanburg around 4-5'ish. Greenville is a really nice little town. Worth visiting. ( I had some good BBQ there last time).
Lets see when everyone gets in and pick a time that works for most?
Still "getting permission" for something special for us.......

The tours are at various times of the day. I'm going to shoot for the 3pm tour (the last one) on 4/4. They don't open the tours for reservations until 1 month ahead of the date. The museum is just open for everyone until 5:30pm each day.

Fellas, was browsing the Performance Center calendar and noticed the April school was showing availability again. I called them and there was 1 spot open, felt obligated to lock it in

Still have some things to work on my schedule, but I figured worst case if I can't make it I at least reserved it and we can slide another forum member in.
