White lip?

I was looking at those same wheels. I personally like gunmetal or tinted face with polished or brushed lip and barrels.

The white lip would have very limited resale value.

Gunmetal or matte black. Please don't do a white lip.

Unless you're Rick Ross, I wouldn't do a white lip... Keep the contrast to a minimum and it will always be classy.

Not a fan of a white lip, but to each his own. Can't imagine how you would ever keep that clean.

+1 on mindlessmark07's set up. It's a great contrast to AW.

Personally would never do a white lip, but to each his own. I just dont think it suits an M5, or any $100k car for that matter. I wouldnt use resale value as a reason NOT to do it however. Ditto on keeping it clean too - you'll be washing them every couple of days.

I came across this doing some searches. To be honest, on the right car with a black center, some of the white lips didnt look too bad. This one caught my attention however as very sporty - how about a white pin stripe?

found a few Strasse wheels with the white pin stripe. Starting to agree the whole 'lip' may be too much. Plus the accent stripe on the wheel would tie into the CRT themed carbon rear spoiler.... Thx for the input guys.

The Morr's are sick and Marks car looks great but I'm hellbent on black spokes, maybe gunmetal barrels, or all black, white stripe... TBD...

I have Singapore Grey and have blacked out the front grill, side vents and m badge from IND. I am looking to powder coat the stock 20" wheels in either matte black or a gunmetal grey. Does anyone have pics of either on a sing grey m5? Would love to see pics of either or hear any opinions on the right color wheel to pair with the car.

I have sm7 on the way. White face titanium brushed lip with deep concave offsets in the ear. Strasse forged makes all my wheels for my cars and they have great customer service. And if you need offset help let me know.

We could easily do either set up!

Matte Black Centers with Titanium Brushed Lips

Full Brushed Gunmetal

Road Racin, you might get a little bit tired of the white/black. A lot of the suggestions here are very good ones! As per 'MindlessMark', here is our MS52 in Hand-Brushed w/ Tinted Matte Clear all around. It's a beautiful finish because the intricate details, and extensive machining that go into our wheels just beg for a finish that lets you appreciate this. Going with a Hand-Brushed finish obviously accentuates all of these beautiful, complex details, but is definitely on the 'bright' side. That's where the Tinted Clear comes into play. You're basically looking at a Hand-Brushed wheel, through a clear coat that has been tinted with a gunmetal additive. The 'matte' aspect of it just adds to the overall classiness of the wheel. It really is simply stunning on White cars.

Lastly, if perhaps you wanted to incorporate some sort of white theme to the wheel, you can do something trick like we've done where we do the MORR engraving in white, or perhaps an inner-spoke pocket in white. Something like this (but in White obviously):

Let me know and we'd be happy to set-up a consultation to talk about different options, finishes, etc. Cheers!
