What *EXACTLY* do "Driving Dynamics" settings change?

This is the button / icon that looks like a Tach. It for sure remaps the throttle, but what else?

In one of the videos, the head of engineering at M mentioned that in "Sport" mode the turbo wastegates are kept closed longer making sure they are spun up when needed. I imagine this is also on that same button (I don't know what other button it would be on...)
