New addition to the M family
I just purchased '13 AW M5 and enjoying every bit of it.
This is my newest addition to the fam and hopefully the last. Compared to the X5 M, I didn't realize how much longer the F10 was. Had to actually move things around the garage to fit the new M in. I cant wait until the weather gets better in the mid-atlantic so I actually can drive this beast to eventually reach break-in mode. Hopefully the mod bug doesn't hit me on this one. ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() Thought that this was a cool pic..time to get garage tiles ![]() |

Love the E70. Great all around vehicle and useful between the other 2. AWD comes handy around this area and cant complain it comes with an M badge. Car is quick and fun to drive especially for a grocery getter

I'm thinking of trading the X5M for the M5..... so jealous you have both, plus an E46. Interested in your thoughts b/t M5 and X5M. Obviously different cars..... if you had to pick one.

I picked up the X5 M since we were in the market at the time for an SUV with the need to carry snowboard gear and bikes, and me being a car enthusiast wanted a SUV that still felt like a car and the X5 M brings that. The SUV is no slouch and with the AWD is still a blast to drive but its just its not as fun as the M5, however, I you still have a high level of confidence taking tight turns on the X5M without really scaring the wife. Living in the DMV area I would expect to see more X5M's/X6M's on the road but within the past 2 years only have seen 3 around the area so it does make you feel somewhat special having a super SUV. But then again you ask yourself, do we really need that much power on a SUV? I guess I do. ![]() |
