I was in the M5 taxi at the Performance School and the guy spun it on the fast banked corner. Was pretty scary. I can't imagine being in this car. Note to self: never take ring taxi on wet track.

Yes it is. They must be "sponsored" so to say because the ring taxi shop is filled with info on the exhaust. Great way to advertise.
i just looked at the pic and noticed the man w/ the gotee on the right was prob the driver. He looks like one of the drivers the day i was there. |

The exact reason why I am always skeptical of sitting in a car getting "pushed to the limit". Any mistake / deviation from standard conditions; a car as good as these German rockets of today have a very fine line with physics.
Moreover these are paying customers... I'm guessing BMW makes them sign liability waivers stating they cannot sue in the event of an accident? Hope everyone is ok! |
