I'm in the same boat as you guys. Spoke with BMWNA Wednesday and they told me the pumps were being shipped out this week. Asked about delivery estimate to my dealer and the guy seemed confused by the question. And I was told compensation would be reviewed when my car was repaired. As a leased customer I EXPECT compensation. My dealer has absolute no knowledge of the pump and it's expected delivery.
And yes, very frustrating.
