To me "apparently" is the key word. Pretty unlikely that the wheel bearing are bad at such low mileage. I'm thinking it might be brake pads making the clicking noise while turning. Try very light brake pedal pressure during the turn to see if the noise disappears. Bad bearings should make noise rolling straight as well. Of course this is just a guess from afar......
