Decide to take it to my independent mechanics and have the front brakes serviced today.
The major task he did was to sand down the brake pads, especially around the edges which he suspected bit of rust built up and caused the squeaky noises. After it was done, I took a relatively extended drive and the squeaky noise has not re-appeared but my mechanics said eventually, it will come back in a few months time and the whole process will have to be redone.
Last advise from him was to drive hard and brake hard on a empty parking once a week to minimize the rust built up, other than that, that's the nature of this big brakes.
