Also if the cop was using quick trigger with radar, the 9500ix is very poor at picking that up. V1 and STIR+ are best with I/O. Esp STIR+.

Interesting. I could see that he was actively using the gun and maybe he didn't point it at me, but I assumed that if I was in the general vicinity that there would always be some "residual" signal from the laser/radar gun that would trigger an alert on my 9500ix. A 5 second alert, would be fine, but I guess that is a wrong assumption on my part. Don't get me wrong, the 9500ix has saved me countless times before but this time was weird. |
Must be laser. Laser doesn't have residual signal.
