I've met with the owner of that M5 I posted and he told me that he only drives it once in a while (i.e. like going to Resorts World Manila casino, etc.). He mentions that 500+ HP is basically useless on Philippine traffic.
Hence the reason why he uses his Land Cruiser 200 more often.
