It looks like there is also an $1000 option credit on the 2016 m5 and a $2000 option credit on the 2016 m6. So even with the higher MF, you still save some money this month.
Edit --- There is also a $2000 option credit for the 2015 m5. (great month to lease a 2015 m5)
