The dealer has to pay a big CPO fee to BMW that's if they didn't spend any money on the vehicle for reconditioning. If they have it for sale for 90K I think low 80s is fair 82-83 I thinks is pretty fair for this vehicle. Looking at what I see them sell for.

When buying a used 2013 last year my salesman told me they pay $2400 for CPO warranty on an M5. This is Canadian so US might be less.
We had negotiated on a price before I realized it didn't have CPO. I ended up getting CPO for cost.
