- I’ve paid the caterers for the lunch and dinner for the headcount above so no refunds. I can probably add a few more people though
- I’ve asked Jin to pick up some drinks at Costco for our lunch (3-24 packs of beer, 2 cases of small water bottles and 2 cases of sodas). It’s probably about $150 so I’d like to ask everyone to chip in a couple bucks and I’ll cover the difference.
- Lunch service will actually be from 12:30-1:30PM.
- Dinner is from 6-7:30PM with the complimentary beer/wine reception offered by the hotel from 5:30-7:30PM.
