Time to bump this thread. Got confirmation of my 2016 M5 Azurite/Silverstone order today. It will look exactly like EdM5's car. Went with extended instead of full leather for a couple of reasons. My E60 M5 Full leather dash shrunk around the defrost vents. I was past warranty and was quoted $7000 just for parts(fortunately my dealer decided to cover the cost). I also like the contrast of Black/Silverstone more in the extended leather. Full leather has too much white.
