I live in Buckhead. It hasn't been an issue for me. The radar has GPS so you can lock out falses. But also if you live inside the perimeter you can just switch off k band. This is what I have done. I setup profiles so I switch from profile A (no K Band) to profile B (K Band) when I leave Atlanta. If I leave GA then I switch to profile C which adds TSR filter which isn't needed in GA.
