The issue with the legacy Bel and Escort system (9500ci was first released in 2008) is that they are not very good at filtering out cars with ACC or BSM. So you will get a lot of false from other cars. I have this issue with the 9500CI on our Lexus, and I also had it with the Bel STIR+ on the Jag F-Type that I sold.
However Escort claims they have solved this issue with the upcoming Escort Max CI360. |
Even with the latest updates? I haven't had too many issues with mine filtering them out.
