Sometimes there are inherit problems with the car that we cannot foresee. Also, all of his coil packs were rusted from the car sitting around for a year which we advised him of but he didn’t want to change them (pic attached). In any event, we tried our best to resolve his issues but the customer did not want for us to do that. Sorry for the bad experience that you had.

Lol somebody is feeling some type of way... 😂😂 but yea the coils were rusted which your Bmw tech said it’s normal for that and coils weren’t the issue. But then we all found out the injectors were blown on a car with 3k miles a month after your tune.... Why would they even be willing to pay for that type of repair if it had nothing to do with them guys? Lol let’s all be honest now brother. Like I said some people have good experiences but mine sucked with Dme tuning and I wouldn’t recommend them to nobody. But since were all being honest now it’s like dealing with a 3 ring circus with “Above And Beyond Performance” and “Dme Tuning”. Both of them would text back responses to my problems saying “Shit sounds weird man I don’t know what you want me to do” ... lol fix the fucking car and get it out of a drivetrain malfunction it was stuck in for damn near a week and put it back to stock! And yea I did expect a refund after dealing with that idk who else wouldn’t.
