There's guys venturing into the Ukraine armed with only a bus, to pick up refugees from the cities under fire. Incredible bravery.
A good friend of mine is a dual citizen with Poland, and she is raising money to help her family back home in Poland provide basic and medical supplies to various towns and villages in Ukraine. They load up their box trucks and cross into Ukraine to deliver whatever they can as often as they can, unarmed.
The Poles are doing amazing things in this, a proper lesson in humanity. They've let 1m+ flood across the border (rightly) and this stupid little island is struggling to process a few thousand with our government making all sorts of weak excuses.

But, yes, the Poles - incredible individual acts of humanity and bravery.
