I did the monoballs at the exact same time as the sway bars so can't speak to them in isolation. Turner had a flash sale to get them for only $90 and I could do the swap myself so I jumped on it. Your car stock has stiffer thrust and control arm bushings than my 2013 so I'd expect the improvement is less. Personally I'd hold off swapping to poly and see what everything feels like after doing whatever else you plan.
