S Codes are information generated by ISTA for the technician, they dont come from the vehicle and aren't stored on the vehicle. there was a recall related to this a while ago, possibly the S code is generated because of that. maybe you are using old offline ista version and not current, licensed online version and it does not have the latest updated info. Yeah I got it, I can just ignored it BUT what I mean is I already used ISTA on this car in the past and I never had this code before, it came just after doing my coolant flush so it was bit scary to see. Anyway the EGR Cooler was already replaced on this car with the recall action
