Every once in a blue I get a drivetrain malfunction and it goes away on a restart. Best to run the codes just to see what happened. Did you get a list or documentation on the prior owners maintenance history? I recall around the miles that you have it at, that was the time that a lot of stuff came up. It'll vary by car and how hard it was driven, but brakes and plugs/coil packs, then high pressure fuel pump needed replacing at that time. On these mentioned items, I just wait until they fail. I think I even have a post in my history which noted my timing of replaced items.
