Keep in mind you'll need to pay $200 to transfer the warranty to your name and also, the CPO is only transferable if the car is purchased from a private seller.
I just went through this w/ my 2015 M5 CP so I'm pretty familiar w/ the process. It wasn't too much of a pain but it took BMW nearly 75 days to make the change.
