BMW will sell you a CPO car that they CPO, sure. But, if I'm a priv. seller of a CPO car, the CPO will not stay with the car if I trade it in or sell it to a BMW dealership. i.e. it won't transfer to the new owner. It's a bit of an outlier situation, but it happens. |
I believe the dealer itself certifies the car and sells it as certified to the new owner.
