Ceramic coat or wrap?

I would also advise to purchase a good quality heat wrap.
This is the company that I use, they have amazing customer service as well.
Lots of high performance companies use them.
They also make turbo blankets and other items to control temperatures.

Note : removing the factory catalytic convertor allows a lot of heat to expel from a supplied downpipe that is NOT ceramic coated. The heat will be baking onto the engine and it is proven that both back cylinders #4 & #8 will being to show issues like misfires for example. There will be a increase in cylinder wall temperature, etc...

So should we ceramic coat them and wrap them or just one or the other, or is there a benefit to doing both?
