Get the software updated and go from there, unless the transmission ECU has codes stored.
May I also point out to some previous posters that despite the car having two clutches, it does not always have the correct gear ready. If you are in 5th gear, the other clutch has 6th or 4th, if the clutch has 6th but you shift to 4th there will be a delay while it selects 4th. So, some delay would sometimes be normal but not every shift.
