Thanks for this easy DIY. Did it tonight. Just like everyone said T27 torx for 3 screws in the front. 4 tab anchors (2 each side) and then 5 plastic tabs on the very rear portion. I'd suggest using a trim removal kit like "hybrid_eg" has pictured. I got this one:

Will prevent potential damage to the remainder of the diffuser. Got some silicone washers for the torx screws. Did everything in reverse and we're good to go. Will post some obligatory pictures tomorrow, did this tonight in the garage and lighting terrible.
