Fixed suspension harshness falls somewhere between "Sport" and "Sport +" of the adjustable suspension. "Comfort" setting on the adjustable suspension is the only way I enjoy public roads, occasionally "sport". The rest are just too jarring and jumpy for the street.
Before you lower the car, read a few posts from folks on this forum who punctured the tranny oil cooler when they ran over something on the road !
