I can understand those who may want a challenge, however, I'm definitely in the camp of wanting a performance car that you can just drive how you want (with reason) and not worry about breaking it (again within reason).

IMHO, what's really great is that you don't need to spend $200K (or equivalent) to achieve this, as Vic says above he had it on his PDK equipped C4S - obviously less performance, but I can imagine still fun when launching.
