uhm...... whoever buys the car will have to also pay sales tax - expecting someone to pay yours is arrogant and just odd. It's a USED car, dude. Don't expect anyone to even sniff at your price unless they're intellectually challenged or just dumb. Ask $45K and maybe you'll get offers.
