After nearly 3 hours of hassle, I finally got the last screw removed and have those charcoal filters out and BMCs in. However, I couldn't tighten that piece of screw back in 100%. It went about 80-90% in and I couldn't do it better. Will get the dealer to tight that up for me next time I visit them. Worst thing is, 2 mins after I finished up, a local performance shop returned my call and said they could do it for $35. I feel like to drown myself in the bath now. At least it's done and hopefully it's worth the time spent.

Make sure you get the screws tightened down all the way. If not, it's possible that the air box is not 100% sealed/flush and therefore some hot air will/can enter, causing a certain decrease in performance.
