1) Help me choose a rental car. Here are the options:

- 2022 Honda Civic - $65/day
- 2018 Alfa Stelvio - $68/day
- 2021 Tesla Model Y Performance - $101/day
- 2021 Acura TLX - $91/day

I'm leaning towards the Stelvio, but sort of intrigued by trying out the all new Civic or the TLX. The Tesla is in here because that's awfully cheap for a performance model.

2) What are some interesting rental cars you guys have had in the past?
1. Take the Tesla, beat the crap out of it, then post a review here.

2. I rented a Toyota in Hawaii back in the early 1970's and it turned out to be a real beater. So when I was going down a steep grade I turned the ignition off, pumped the gas pedal, then turned the ignition back on. Blam, there goes the muffler. This allowed me to turn the car in for another Toyota. This one was newer and better, but it blew a fuse at sunset and all the lights went out. We were way out in the boonies and among the sugar cane fields. So, I located the blown fuse, wrapped a piece of Juicy Fruit gum tinfoil wrapper around the fuse and shoved it back in. The lights came back on and off we went!
