I think RIC will get it together probably mid season. Anytime you switch teams you gonna fall behind. Sainz did well but he can't challenge Leclerc still.
RIC gotta stick with one team now, so it's a gamble. At least McLaren isn't as hopeless when Alonso was there. Hopefully the team keep chipping away. But 2022 is a reset so...
