Velocity looks like a good option these days, Evolve are also very well proven but I'm guessing Tommy will do a custom map as opposed to an OTS like Evolve so probably beneficial to go with Velocity.
I ended up going with OpenFlash which seems pretty good but customer service is pretty slow...
