Slight hi-jack...but I have this rattle with the RPI exhaust. What I am seeing is that the donut gasket is slightly extruding as the RPI flange is made up. This extrusion causes a slight gap between the RPI flange and spacer flange (stamped piece). This will then allow the spacer flange to vibrate between the RPI flange on the exhaust and the mounting flange on the engine.
The key in all this is getting the exhaust flange to completely mate up the engine bracket and firmly sandwiching the spacer flange.

I've had the same sound since putting my GTS system on, but only at full boost and usually in 2nd or 3rd gear. I did order new gaskets and I'm hoping it fixes it.
