No offline options. Its really simple you just connect, go to the menus, and select "active" or "not active" for what you want to code. Once you're done with your selections you hit the code button and wait a few seconds for it to code.
After doing some further research it looks like the Carly for BMW app doesn't work for NBT Idrive software which is probably the reason why it didn't work for me.
