My plan is to buy the 2015 which has already taken a big hit on value (-$37k from MSRP). I was able to negotiate a better price. I've become convinced (thanks in part to contributors to this board) it's better to wait until a new model is out for a bit before I jump into it. I will probably sell the F10 in a few years and get the new one once it's been out for a while. (Mind you I bought my 03 E39 M5 and had it for nearly 14 years! ). I've never done a swapalease so I'm a bit worried about it. And seems like my cost of ownership should be less buying a heavily depreciated, very lo miles M5 vs lease. In any case I should be closing in about 10 days. Can't wait!
