I don't think they will but hard to know without the offsets available. Vorsteiner only makes the VFF-103 in 21" for the M5 according to their website but they do make other models in 20" for the M5.

it looks like its 10mm off, so should fit fine, but im just going to sell them and get the proper fitment in 21 inch.
Update, talked to Vorsteiner today, they said front is a direct fitment and rear is recommended to use a 8-10mm spacer for proper fender alignment. Since they aren't selling, I think im going to bolt them on and sell the comp wheels
