I know this is going to sound trite, but my current E90 is the best car I've ever had. It has done exactly what I bought it for, an affordable car that had to last a long time, stay in shape while doing it, and get past 250,000 miles (my target for any car I buy). I've got well more than my money out of it. I'm astonished at how well the E90 ages and accumulates miles considering how hard it can be driven on a daily basis.

A manual transmission can be set to "comfort", "sport", and "track" modes simply by the technique and speed at which you shift it; it doesn't need "modes", modes are for manumatics that try to behave like a real 3-pedal manual transmission. If you can money-shift it, it's a manual transmission. "Yeah, but NO ONE puts an automatic trans shift knob on a manual transmission."
