How long have you had the tune (years/miles)?
How hard do you drive the car (daily, weekend worrier, track/autocross)?
Did you dyno your car after the tune? What did it put down?
Final and most important question: do they have someone in or around NYC?
There's no shot I'm shipping my ECU out for a re-tune or in case of a problem and turning my $100k car into a paperweight. You got lucky he's in Texas.
