I think GA has no lemon law and they probably sold you the car as is.

Sorry man keep us updated. It seems this type of failure is a hit or miss, I had the same problem over the summer, crazy smoking and car running like ass. Ended up being leaking injectors on bank one, problem was resolved after new injectors were installed.
