Have you increased performance yet as a stage 1 tune would be worthwhile?

I have had the 21's on my car for the last 2 years and no issues with UK roads what so ever.
I had black tips on the car but they got lost in the rear hence the chrome tips which flow with the bolts on the wheels.
I am running a map and pushing around 650 at the moment and also exhaust has been modified.
Really just looking to change the wheels to give the car a different look.
