Actually, depending on your country of origin, a F10 M5 can be equipped with the standard system, so no tweeters in the mirror corners and speakers in the rear doors. The next level is HK and then B&O. The HK retrofit will require the wiring, amp and speakers, plus covers for front tweeters and rear door panels with speaker opening. The retrofit is doable, but not a cheap undertaking. Best option would be to find a HK donor M5 and utilize all components. After installation, the amp must be coded to your VIN!
