I have nothing more to add that hasn't already been said/beat to death about M-Sport trim, M-Performance variants, and actual M cars. Marketing folk are the worst but they usually succeed quite well at pandering to the ignorant masses.
In my teens I was all about flash but the ironic part is, it's when I had the least. Nowadays, I firmly believe that those who flash the most/bark the loudest are usually compromising something somewhere. Adhering fake badges may fool Bob and Cindy next door for your ego boost, but lets dive deeper into why you really need that boost, shall we?
