Welcome! I made the move from NY about 8 years ago - one of the best decisions I made.
As far as service, I used Classic and BMW of Arlington in the past. Each service department had their own unique issues. As I am located in Southlake, I am looking forward to the BMW dealership opening in Grapevine later this year/early next. Until then, I will be using BMW of Arlington for my service needs.
As to indi shops, I too agree Autoscope is a good choice.
