All UK and European M5 F10's have one, the one on mine was changed at 17000mi on service schedule.I suggested to someone else on their US M5 to loosen the under floor aero and take a look there around the middle of the floor pan if there is something there which has a metal shield covering it.There must be something or what would stop microscopic debris making their way to the...injectors.
