If the Battery Weak is not coming up then there could be a problem with the B&O amp,I don't like the loud crack you heard.
Tell you what,check the wiring connections to the speakers..one of mine was disconnected, it was a tweeter in the front passengers door.With B&O a loose speaker connection grounding can play havoc.
