This circuit is for the turbo cooling, not the engine....so I doubt you have any engine issues.

I already flushed it and replaced that reservoir with a brand new one and it came back. I am thinking there might have been residue in the lines and charge cooler that is why it came back. As far as the Turbos would it possible to come from there because the turbo pulls the oil from the engine?
