Today I had the windshield replaced. While it was out I pulled back the area that was peeling and lightly sanded the back of the leather and the dash surface. I then cleaned it with rubbing alcohol. I then glued the leather and worked it for 20 minutes as the glue tacked up and its looking so much better. I also put leather conditioner on the areas to work out the creases. The car had sat outside in preparation for the windshield and leather work on this 68 degree day.

I will post more updates as things dry over the next few days. Looks promising so far though. Is it perfect, no. But it looks way better and it's a 115k M5 not a show car. I'm keeping light pressure on it for the next few days.
