There are tons of adjustment between different components of suspension/differential which is a BIG issue for a high performance heavy big car like M5. You would do the repair for a 3 series easily but for M5? I wouldn't do that at all. Lots of pain and money and you will regret at the end of process. This car is sub-frame damaged, unibody damaged, suspension damaged because the majority of those parts are made from aluminum. Doors , panels, roof , hood and trunk must be replaced and many thing else...
