I called DHL 2 days ago and filed a second written complaint, the package is stuck in transit from Frankfurt airport to the US. USPS announced the package on their website, but no update since. You and 1 other customer already paid for the display key in advance and I booked priority and premium shipping, insured and tracked.
If you and the other customer want a refund, I will honor this request, despite not being responsible for the delay myself.
I apologize again for the unbearable waiting time, DHL is not very helpful and if this package is lost, I will lose a lot of more money!
